Peggy Yen is the founder of PYE MGMT, Inc., a full-service finance, accounting, and business management firm she launched in 2008. With over twenty years of experience as a controller, CFO, and consultant, she has worked across apparel, hospitality, professional services, entertainment, and music.

Peggy began her career in the music industry, serving as the business manager for Grammy-winning artists. She holds an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis. Over the course of her career, she has built financial functions and led corporate finance work for clients ranging from early-stage startups to established companies preparing for institutional capital, alongside film and television productions, live events, and broadcast clients.

A seasoned finance professional, Peggy works with founders, operators, and producers as a fractional CFO, production accountant, and business advisor. She is based in Los Angeles.
